You sent an engineer to my basement flat early hours of today to unblock a drain. I just wanted to mention how polite, helpful, friendly and professional he was, wasting no time to clear the drains and rectify the problem. Can’t remember his name but the Eng. Ref on the docket was CG.

My heating was making funny noises, but I put off getting it done. A week later it stopped working, I got Fast Response’s number from the internet and they came round straight away. The plumber got a part and repaired the boiler – its now working fine..

I had just got into bed, when I heard the water trickling. Looking in the bathroom, I saw water coming from the toilet tank. I turned on my laptop, checked Yell and phone Fast Response Plumbers. They came within an hour and fixed the leak. First class job!

My Gloworm has been playing up for a little while. Other companies have told me in the past I need a new boiler but I’m not sure how much longer I’m going be in this property. Chris came from Fast Response, diagnosed the problem right away and got the boiler working within the hour. I couldn’t be happier.

A plumber, Dan, came out late at night. He arrived pretty quick considering the time of night, around 1.30am. The job was done without too much messing about. Once completed they charged my card what I was quoted when I booked. The leak has not reappeared since, so all in all a job well done.

I arranged for one of their plumbers to come out one evening and have a look at my shower, as it was playing up. Paul showed up on time which was a good start. He had a look at the shower and explained that a new unit was needed. The office gave me a price, and said that Paul could get the new shower and return the next evening, which helped as I can’t have time off work at the moment. I was happy with the job they did.

I called out A plumber after a leak started to show in the bathroom and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I had tried to find the source myself but without success. Tony the plumber didn’t waste any time and found the pipe that was causing the problem. He replaced it without too much hassle.

After getting back from my holiday I went to use the toilet but it wouldn’t work. I tried to get a friend of a friend who’s a plumber, but they were busy and I needed someone that day as I only have one toilet. I called fast response. A plumber came later that day and got it working, I was so glad.

Came home to find both baths and sink blocked. Tried some bleach but nothing happened. It was getting late and I really needed to have a wash. Called a few “24-hour plumbers” but no one was answering and the ones that did weren’t available until tomorrow! Called fast response and they got someone out that night. When Jay arrived he gave me a fixed price after looking at the job, which saves me from worrying how much it would cost.
